Steps to Open a support ticket
- Login into your account on the Client Area
- From the Dashboard Click on Ticket
- My Support Tickets window will appear, then click on Open Ticket.
- Chose the department you want to contact with.
- Once you Choose the department, add the Related Service and Priority.
- Fill out the technical support form.
- Start with entering the subject of the ticket, then describe your issue, and if there any files do not hesitate and upload them
- Click Submit.
