How to Cancel Your Hosting Subscription

Overview

Through the Libyan Spider Client Area, you have full control to manage and cancel your hosting services when needed. The cancellation request ensures that your service will not be renewed, and it allows you to specify a cancellation reason and method (immediate or at end of billing cycle).

Note
Cancellation requests are final once submitted.
Always back up your website files before requesting cancellation, as data will not be recoverable afterward.

Steps to Cancel Hosting Subscription

1. Log in to your account in the Client Area.
2. In the top menu, click on Cloud Services > My Hosting and Services.
3. A list of your hosting services will appear.
4. Click on View Details.
5. In the Product Details page, from the left-hand menu, click Request Cancellation.
6. A cancellation form will appear:
   • Briefly describe the reason for your cancellation.
   • Check the box: “I confirm I do not want to renew this domain again”.
   • Choose the Cancellation Type:
     • Immediate Cancellation
     • End of Billing Period
7. Click on Request Cancellation to submit.
