How to send sensitive data from the Client Area


In this article, you will learn How to send sensitive data from the Client Area, Use sensitive data to post sensitive data like AdminCP, FTP, or phpMyAdmin details. Data posted in this field will not be saved or displayed in the ticket and only viewable by our staff.

Send sensitive data from the Client Area

  1. Log in to your Client Area account, from the main page, click on the Tickets card.
  2. On My Support Ticket list click on the ticket you want to send sensitive data from. 
  3. On the View Ticket page click on Reply, write any message you want and you can attach files to it.  
  4. In the last section, you will find a Sensitive Data field, you can put any sensitive data in it.
